1/8” Nitro Cards, 1000 count bag. This is the overpowder wads which acts as the gas seal. It is the first wad loaded over the powder in a muzzle loader or modern shotshell. It can be used for both black powder and smokeless loads. It also serves as a filler in plastic shotcups for reduced shot charges. .070” Card Wad, 500 count bag. This card has fast become a favorite around the shop. We use this card as an overshot card to hold the shot charge in place in muzzle loaders, brass shells, and roll crimped shotshells. .025” Overshot Card, 1000 count bag. This wad is used to hold the shot charge in place in muzzle loaders and roll crimped shotshells. In modern shotshells, it is useful when placed over a shot charge before crimping to ensure flatter, tighter crimps. This is a very lightweight, but stiff card, made from coated stock and lends itself to being used for loading blanks. 1/4” Card Wad, 200 count bag. We offer this card with modern shotshell reloaders in mind. This card is primarily a wad column spacer/nitro card for custom loadings with smokeless powder. Available in 10, 12, 16, 20, and 28 gauges. $5.00

1/16” Vegetable Fiber, 1000 count bag. This wad is used in rifle and pistol cartridges to protect the base of a cast lead bullet from gas cutting, thus reducing bore leading and increasing accuracy. Also useful in muzzle loading rifles to protect the patch from gas cutting. They are made from 100% natural material and are legal in all matches. 1/2” Fiber Cushion, 500 count bag. This wad is used on top of the nitro card to cushion the shot charge. It can be split into any thickness as needed and can be lubed with any type of lube or be used dry, if desired. This wad works well as a case filler. Pre-Lubed Wads, 500 count bag. Shotgun sizes, We use the standard ½” fiber cushion coated with our own lube for these wads, and they are designed to keep black powder fouling softer, and your gun cleaner. We are able to coat the outside of the wad, and keep the centers dry. This puts the lube where it is needed, and keeps the wad as light as possible for the best patterns possible. 3/8” Fiber Wads, 500 count bag. These wads are made from a denser material than the 1/2” material we offer and work well as a cushion or spacer in shotshells that need a thinner wad for proper column height. Being biodegradable, these wads are particularly well suited for modern shotshells without plastic wad litter. Can be used without a nitro card. Wool Felt Wads. W.W. Greener in his book “The Gun and It’s Development” says this about wool felt; “The secret of good shooting is in the employment of a first-class felt wad over the powder; and it is inperative that this wad be of good quality. The texture must be close and firm, but the relative hardness or softness of the wad is of less moment. The felt wad serves to clean the fouling in the barrel left from the firing of the previous charge.” We are offering a 1/4” and 3/8” thick pressed wool felt wad in sizes 10ga. thru 28ga...
